Note: Registration has now closed for the 2009 Summer Institute in Sustainability.

Fees:
Institute fees are $2,495 CAD + GST = $2619.75. All fees are quoted in Canadian funds. Credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars and are subject to current exchange rates.

Fees include full conference access, all study materials, as well as breakfast and lunch throughout the week. Fees do not include airfare/travel, accommodation, or evening meals. Out-of-town delegates may wish to visit our Resources section to help plan your stay in Vancouver.

*Note: UBC alumni who register in a UBC Continuing Studies Summer Institute are eligible for special offers and events.

Cancellation Policies: Please note that special cancellation policies apply for summer intensive programs. For details, please see the UBC Continuing Studies Policies page.


How to register

Online: Register online via our secure server using your Visa or MasterCard. To guarantee registration, please ensure that your credit card can accept this charge.

By Telephone: Call us at 604-822-1420 to register using your Visa or MasterCard. Regular office hours are weekdays 8:30am to 4:30pm PST.

By Fax: Fax the completed registration formpdf to 604-822-1499 using Visa or MasterCard.

By Mail: Mail the completed the registration formpdf using cheque (payable to UBC), Visa or MasterCard to Client Services, UBC Continuing Studies, Room C.630, 800 Robson Street
Vancouver, BC, Canada, V6Z 3B7.

In Person - UBC Point Grey: Drop off your completed registration formpdf and payment from 8:30am to 4:30pm weekdays at Continuing Studies, 410-5950 University Blvd (at Wesbrook Mall).

In Person - UBC Robson Square: Drop off your completed registration formpdf and payment from 8am to 8pm weekdays, and 8am to 5pm Saturdays at UBC Robson Square, 800 Robson St (at Howe).

By UBC Tuition Fee Benefit for Staff and Faculty: UBC staff / faculty who wish to use the Tuition Fee Benefit can visit the UBC Finance web site for more information. To register for courses using your Tuition Fee Benefit, you must submit your approved Tuition Fee Benefit form by fax to 604-822-1499. Note: It is recommended you apply for a Tuition Fee Benefit well in advance of the course start date!
