Math Centre

The UBC Continuing Studies Math Centre offers non-credit courses intended primarily for UBC students who need to refresh their basic Math skills. Non-UBC students who are in Grade 12 or who are over 18 years of age are also welcome.

MATH 001 and MATH 002 are pre-calculus courses designed to meet the challenge of first-year mathematics.

MATH 003 and MATH 004 are calculus courses for those who have passed Principles of Math 12 or MATH 002 with a C+ or B.
