Our summer one-week culinary programs for both adults and teens focus on healthy cuisine using flavourful, locally-grown fruits and vegetables. Classes for adults are in the evenings, while teens only courses are offered in the daytime. All include hands-on preparation of gourmet multi-course meals, which you then get to enjoy with your classmates in a beautifully presented lunch or dinner.
